What you can expect: The class is presented in 8 sessions, twice weekly plus 2 individual sessions.

We will work to connect you to your Higher Self, Spirit Guides and other beings sourced in unconditional love.  Class includes discussion and hands on exercises for a variety of methods of channeling, attention to personal growth through expanding self-love and self-trust.  We will work to facilitate your connection to inner guidance and/or unseen friends. Help in finding and releasing emotional blockages created by constrictive emotions of fear, blame, judgement, and pain. Working with a various aspect of self; inner child, inner adolescent, inner critic etc. that may be holding a blockage to receiving expanded love. You will be identifying and changing your personal patterns to allow more love, abundance, happiness, peace, health into your daily life.

If applicable, we will work with spiritual heritage and past lives that influence this life and help you identify your purpose for this life.  You will receive class recording and recorded meditations to assist you in growing into a more loving conscious connection with those who love without condition.
