All are welcome to this light-filled class that introduces basic meditation practices, as well as breath and energy work, taught under the auspices of the enlightened master, Yogiraj SatGurunath Siddhanath. We will gather to practice simple breathing, energetic, and meditative techniques that relax the body, calm the central nervous system, and help us in the process of moving from the distractions of daily life to a state of calm and focus. Instruction in Kriya yoga is also available.
Kriya Yoga is the path of Self-realization given by Mahavatar Babaji as described in the spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramhansa Yoganananda and further explained by the Yogiraj Siddhanath in his inspirational book Wings to Freedom.
