Each session includes an introduction, Free Style Meditation, Group Discussion, Personal Sharing, Psychometry through billets and objects… and other unusual techniques (Spirit Messages,

Group participation). Concluding Q&A, time allowing.

Participants are encouraged to bring a light blanket, and/or Yoga Mat. Wear loose clothing for comfort.

Various meditation types will help to enhance your meditation experience along with cleansing and clearing your chakras.

Each meditation will be accompanied by hand-held instruments

or meditations written and arranged by Rev. Nancy through AI.
